Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
This policy helps protect the time set aside specifically for you and allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
No-shows will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
